Start with whatever is loudest right now.

I work with adults dealing with relationship patterns, anxiety and overthinking, and trauma. These experiences often overlap, so you don’t need to know exactly which one fits. Start with whatever feels closest to what you’re going through.

Relationship Issues

Some people keep finding themselves with partners who are hard to reach, hard to please, or hard to read. Others have simply stopped trusting their own read on who is good for them. In this work, we look at what draws you toward the familiar, what you’ve learned to overlook, and what a relationship could feel like if you weren’t doing most of the carrying.

Anxiety & Overthinking

The mind keeps working long after the day has ended: drafting the better answer, auditing what you said, guessing how it landed. That constant watchfulness is exhausting, and it often has a history. We can work on loosening it, so the noise stops being the price of getting through the day.

Trauma

Not every painful experience has a clear beginning or end. Sometimes it’s a long stretch of growing up on alert, or in a family where your needs were an afterthought. Those experiences can follow you into adulthood, shaping how you handle conflict, closeness, or rest. Therapy can help you understand those responses and find more room to choose differently.

It doesn’t always fit into one category.

Anxiety can grow out of a relationship, and a relationship pattern can have roots in something much older. What brings you to therapy may be only one part of a larger picture. We can explore those connections together.

Write to me about whatever has been taking up the most room lately, and we can go from there.
